Challenge:
Increase cups sold per day in every new store. Collect customer database along the way, while creating brand awareness and a loyal customer fan base. The strategy from the beginning was to launch Buy One Get One in every store, get as many trials as possible.
Launching a simple advertisement within our social channels was not enough, how do we make a simple promo more measurable, and meaningful in the long run?
