For the first time ever outside Switzerland, IGNIV by Andreas Caminada is spreading its wings to create a new nest in Thailand, inside The St. Regis Bangkok. Founded by Chef Andreas Caminada, head chef of the internationally acclaimed 3-Michelin-starred restaurant Schloss Schauenstein in Switzerland. IGNIV looks to charm it’s way through Bangkok with it’s sharing-style fine dining experience. The goal for social and digital was to create content and run advertisements that captivates audiences with it’s world-class dining experience, in tandem with introducing a new, comforting cozy sharing-style, that is unique only to the IGNIV brand.

The beauty of creating and advertising for IGNIV Bangkok is the balance between exceptional fine dining quality, and supplementing it with a more casual, sharing-style communications. IGNIV Bangkok needed to stand for absolute quality, but at the same time inviting and relatable enough for Bangkokians to feel right at home.

We had to pivot together with the IGNIV team in offering their customers something new, special, and fitting for the delivery format. With little time on both team’s hands, we were able to launch a special weekly tartlet menu, as well as a home delivery box. Towards the end of the campaign, we used IGNIV’s social media pages to poll customer’s for their favourite tartlet, topping off a successful delivery period by listening to our customers.
