Tineco was looking to Increase the number of units sold in their newly opened online shop via Shopee and Lazada while creating higher brand awareness and recognition towards potential Thai target audience. The focus channels assigned to us by Tineco were their sales via marketplace through Collaborative Ads and Paid Social Channel sales in Meta.

Creating Impactful Contents Through Insights & Data Mining
Our Social Media and Creative Strategy team conducted research from our data mining process, to help us, and Tineco identify patterns in product motivations, product pain points, and product anxieties. We were able to tally up different content topics we found to be most impactful and most relevant for Tineco’s customers based on their sentiments. The end goal for us and Tineco was to create the most sales directed towards our online stores, and this had to be reflected in our organic communications as well.
